Birth Doula Services

Personalized care & support for you during your pregnancy journey. Visits include childbirth education, birth plan preparation, discussion of fears, excitement, and general preparation for this massive shift in your life (including postpartum and lactation prep!). Whether you are a first-time parent or have done this before, I'd love to be there with you on this journey.

I am a calm, caring advocate, a skilled sounding board, a parent, and a coach. Together we'll explore meditations, visualizations, childbirth education, birthing options, postpartum healing, infant care & feeding, and so, so much more!

Childbirth Education Session

3 hour virtual childbirth education session. Topics include: preparing for birth, positions for birth, creating a birth vision, navigating the medical space, questions and tips for advocacy, phases of birth and postpartum, partner support, and more.

Virtual Birth Support

Every other week, we'll meet via zoom and navigate the ins and outs of prenatal care, birth options, informed consent and advocacy, postpartum care, lactation, and newborn care. Throughout the process, I am here as your confidant, birth bestie, educator/coach, and sounding board. I will also make myself available by phone for the duration of your birth experience for support and guidance.

Doula Support

We'll meet in-person to navigate the ins and outs of prenatal care, birth options, informed consent and advocacy, postpartum care, lactation, partner support, and newborn care - specially tailored to your individual journey and support needs. Throughout the process, I am here as your confidant, birth bestie, educator/coach, and sounding board. I am on call for you 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your estimated due date, and I will be physically present with you for your birth (& will stay with you up to 2 hours after your baby is born).
